La bellezza della natura: la nostra „Origine“

But it’s not made with tesserae, the elements that usually build up a mosaic, but with the gaps that stays in between the tesserae, the interstices. So, this mosaic without tesserae or title, it is a pure escape, as if the tesserae had […]

„?“: a container for the stories that will be told by the mosaic

„?“: a container for the stories that will be told by the mosaic

The title of this work took inspiration from its shape, which is sinuous, curved and balanced: it consists of one main body and a separate dot, a sort of S-shaped symbol recalling Venice Grand Canal, a proper container for the stories that will be told by the mosaic it enshrines.

The yellow bathroom. Homage to Carlo Scarpa.

The yellow bathroom. Homage to Carlo Scarpa.
